Technology Engineering Science Leadership Academy (TESLA) seeks a dynamic individual that is passionate about a 21st century approach to learning. TESLA is located in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. It is a small independent school using a blended approach to learning. TESLA combines project based learning and an online approach to education. Curriculum at TESLA focuses heavily on science, math, engineering and technology. TESLA is a paperless and gradeless environment. Currently TESLA serves students in grades 4-8 and will be expanding to include high school in the Fall of 2013. TESLA is a year round school.

Responsibilities of a facilitator at TESLA include providing face to face instructional support for online learning, helping to facilitate the PBL process on site and attending weekly planning with the other facilitators. Facilitators at TESLA also frequently accompany students on field experiences and community service opportunities.
